The Short Version

WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT.

🛡 The Calculator Is Fully Client-Side
The ESOP Wealth Calc tool runs entirely in the user's web browser using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No financial inputs — salary, account balances, contribution rates, projected values — are ever transmitted to a server. Calculations happen locally and disappear when the browser tab is closed.
No employee financial data. Salary, account values, contribution percentages, and projection results are never sent to or stored by us.
No personal identifiers. Employees don't log in, create accounts, or enter their name. The tool is fully anonymous by design.
No behavioral tracking. We don't track which inputs employees use, how long they spend on the tool, or what scenarios they run.
No data sold or shared. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any information with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.

What We Do Collect

We collect minimal information — and only what's necessary to provide the service and improve the product. Here's the complete picture:

Configuration & Data Storage

HOW YOUR CONFIG IS STORED.

When we configure your calculator, all settings — company name, colors, stock price, historical returns, and plan details — are stored in a JSON configuration file on our server. This means:

No browser storage is used. Configuration is not stored in localStorage, cookies, or any client-side storage mechanism.
Config is managed by us. When you need to update your stock price, returns, or branding, you send us the updated data and we update the server config — typically within one business day.
Employee inputs are never stored. Salary, account balances, contribution rates, and projection results are entered and calculated entirely in the employee's browser. Nothing is transmitted to or stored on our server.
Config data is not shared. Your company's stock price, return history, and plan details are stored in an isolated config file accessible only to your calculator instance.

Contact Form Data

YOUR INQUIRY DATA.

When you submit a demo request or contact form on this website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (name, email, company, role, message). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, to manage your account.

We do not add you to marketing lists without your explicit consent. We do not share your contact information with third parties. You can request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing us.

Your Rights

YOU'RE IN CONTROL.

Regardless of where you're located, we honor the following rights:

Access. You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
Deletion. You can request that we delete your contact or account information. We'll confirm deletion within 10 business days.
Correction. If any information we hold is inaccurate, you can ask us to correct it.
Portability. You can request your data in a portable format.
Opt-out. If you've opted into any communications, you can opt out at any time.

Policy Changes

IF THIS CHANGES.

If we ever materially change this privacy policy — particularly around data collection or sharing — we'll notify active customers by email before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We don't make retroactive changes to how we handle data collected under a prior policy.
