Does the guarantee apply to all pricing plans?
Yes — Monthly, Annual, and One-Time license purchases are all covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. For Monthly plans, the guarantee applies to all payments made within the first 60 days.
What if I've already configured and deployed it — can I still get a refund?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage you to deploy it before deciding. The guarantee is designed for after you've tried it, not before. A refund request doesn't require you to "unuse" the tool.
Do I need to provide a reason?
No. "I'm not satisfied" is a complete and sufficient reason. We may ask a single optional question to help us improve the product, but your refund doesn't depend on your answer.
How long does the refund take?
We process all refund requests within 5 business days of receiving your email. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
Does the guarantee apply to Reseller plans?
Reseller agreements are custom-negotiated and include their own satisfaction terms. Reach out to discuss what that looks like for your situation.
What happens to my configured version after a refund?
You're free to keep or delete your configured file — we don't revoke access or send takedown notices. We'd simply ask that you don't continue using it commercially after a refund.
